The countdown is on to the opening of the $4 billion Woolgoolga to Ballina motorway upgrade which is expected to be completed by 2020.
The upgrade will bring improved access in and around Yamba as well as provide an influx of employment opportunities to the region.
Clarence Property director Peter Fahey said the release of Yamba Quays’ homesites was perfectly timed for the region’s economic growth.
“The Pacific Motorway upgrade gives residents of the coastal strip unprecedented access to employment hubs,” he said.
